Plan Your Visit

An intimate spa with the character of home.

Fundamentals is located on the lower level of an early-1920s family home on Woodward Avenue. With three treatment rooms and three experienced therapists, our setting is intentionally small, personal, and comfortable—not a large resort or casino-style day spa.

The home’s history and character are part of the experience. Our space was designed to feel welcoming and familiar, giving you room to settle in without the noise or formality of a larger spa.

Appointments are required so our team can prepare for your service and give you the care and attention your visit deserves.

Finding Suite 2.

Fundamentals is located on the lower level of the building. Please use the rear entrance beneath the covered breezeway and look for the Fundamentals sign and the Suite 2 marker.

Free street parking is available along with limited parking in the small rear lot. Allow a few extra minutes on your first visit so you can arrive and settle in without feeling rushed.
