Which services are included?
Your monthly credit may be used for one eligible massage or facial listed on this page. Qualifying seasonal massages may also be included when offered. Body treatments, packages, couples services, The Exhale, and the Brightening & Renewal Facial are not included.
Can I choose a different service each month?
Yes. You do not have to select the same service every month. Choose the eligible massage or facial that fits what you need when you book.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Each credit remains available for six months from the date it is issued.
Is Fundamentals Flex month to month?
Yes. There is no enrollment fee or minimum term. Cancel before your next billing date and your membership will end after the current paid billing period.
What happens to unused credits if I cancel?
Unused, unexpired credits remain available until their original expiration dates.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may pause once during a 12-month period for one to three consecutive months. No new credits are issued during the pause, but existing unexpired credits may still be used.
What is the birthday benefit?
Active Flex members receive 50% off one additional individual massage or facial during their birthday month. The benefit is for the member, applies to an additional service, and cannot be combined with another promotion.
Are body treatments, packages, or couples services included?
No. The monthly credit applies only to eligible individual massages and facials listed on this page, along with qualifying seasonal massages when offered.
What happens if I cancel an appointment?
With at least 24 hours’ notice, your credit is returned. Flex includes one courtesy late cancellation per 12-month period. After that, late cancellations and missed appointments use the service credit. Fundamentals may make exceptions for true emergencies.
Can I transfer my credit to someone else?
Flex credits are not transferable.
