Professional skincare for the part you cannot reach.

A back facial follows many of the same basic steps as a facial for your face, but the products and techniques are selected for the skin on your back.

  • Cleansing to remove surface oil and buildup
  • Exfoliation to smooth rough or dull-feeling skin
  • Focused attention to congested areas when appropriate
  • A treatment mask selected for your skin
  • Hydration to leave the skin feeling softer and cared for

Who may benefit?

A back facial can be a good choice if your skin feels rough, dry, congested, or neglected. It may also be useful before a wedding, vacation, photo session, or event where your back will be more visible.

You do not need a dramatic concern to justify the service. Sometimes the reason is simply, “I cannot reach back there, and it needs attention.” That is enough.

Is it only for women?

No. Skin is skin. Men may especially appreciate a back facial if they sweat regularly, work out, wear heavy uniforms or equipment, or deal with product and oil buildup on the back.

Back facial or body polish?

A back facial concentrates on the skin of the back and uses a facial-style sequence of cleansing, exfoliation, treatment, and hydration. A body polish is a full-body exfoliating treatment designed to smooth rough, dull skin across larger areas.

How should I prepare?

Arrive with clean skin when possible and tell your provider about sensitivities, medications, allergies, recent procedures, or active irritation.

If you have a significant or persistent skin condition, begin with your medical or dermatology provider. Spa treatment supports regular skincare; it does not replace medical evaluation.
