Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fundamentals Relaxation Spa website and online services. Please review these Terms and any policies presented when you book an appointment, purchase a gift certificate, or participate in a wellness program. Agreement to website terms does not by itself provide consent to marketing texts.
Spa and Wellness Services
Website content describes services in general terms. Each service is subject to provider availability, client consultation, contraindications, and professional judgment. Fundamentals may modify or decline a service when necessary for client or provider safety.
Massage, skincare, body treatments, wellness coaching, workshops, and educational materials are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace care from an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and the booking and cancellation terms presented when you reserve a service. Please provide complete and accurate booking and intake information through the appropriate intake process. You are responsible for communicating relevant allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, pregnancy, medications, recent procedures, and other information that may affect a service.
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change. The price shown at the time of booking or purchase will govern unless an obvious error occurred. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their terms and privacy practices.
Gift Cards and Packages
Gift certificates and spa packages are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase. Gift certificates and spa packages are non-refundable, transferable, and valid at our Pleasant Ridge location only. Any rights required by applicable law still apply. Review the purchase terms and contact Fundamentals with questions before buying.
Wellness Programs
Wellness-program participation may require a separate agreement describing scope, scheduling, payment, confidentiality, and client responsibilities. Results vary, and no particular health, financial, personal, or workplace outcome is guaranteed.
SMS and Email Communications
When you affirmatively opt in to a Fundamentals Relaxation Spa text-message program, you may receive the types of messages described at sign-up, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, customer-service messages, account notices, or marketing offers. Marketing and service-message choices are separate. Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of that messaging program, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact [email protected] or call 248-439-0960. To subscribe again, complete the applicable opt-in process. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including mobile information and text-message opt-in data.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, copy protected content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The website’s text, branding, graphics, service names, photographs, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Fundamentals and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, noncommercial use is permitted. Other use requires written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website links to Mangomint for booking and payment-related services, Boomtime for gift-certificate purchases, and other third-party services such as maps and social platforms. We also use GoHighLevel for website forms and marketing communications. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. Fundamentals does not control third-party services.
Disclaimer
We work to keep website information accurate and available, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fundamentals does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description, price, date, or link will remain error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fundamentals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
Fundamentals may update these Terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with its revision date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
